Preparation

1. 1.Make a cream similar to Béchamel with the cream ingredients.
2. 2.Separately, in a saucepan, sauté the thinly sliced onion.
3. 3.In a baking dish, place a layer of sautéed onion, french fries, and cooked, shredded cod, cream, alternating successively until ending with cream.
4. 4.Bake in the oven until golden brown
